Radi se o novom trendu, mnogi turisti se radije smještaju u apartmanima nego u hotelima. Ovu vrstu smještaja odabiru osobito obitelji s djecom te velike grupe ljudi. Neki od holiday apartmana imaju kapacitet i za 12 ljudi, što će biti zanimljivo većim skupinama turista koji žele biti zajedno. Apartmani su standardno opremljeni kuhinjom s mogućnošću kuhanja, hladnjakom, televizorom te često i pristupom na internet. Većina nema recepciju niti ne pruža servis u sobama. Ali zato ćete zasigurno imati mnogo više privatnosti. Jedinom nezgodacijom je nužnost podizanja ključeva i prijave prije dolaska u kancelariji turističke agencije, te vraćanje ključeva prije odlaska.
