ホテルより安い、いい選択はホリデーアパートである。このアパートの宿泊料金は２星印や３星印のホテルとやや同じである。それは新しい宿泊トレンドであって、大勢の観光客が普通のホテルよりこういう宿泊機構を優先に選んでいる。アパートの宿泊をまず子供がいる家族あと団員が多い団体が求めている。あるホリデーアパートやマンションには最大１２人の客が泊まることが出来るので、その選択は「一軒」に泊まりたい団体が選ぶでしょう。アパートは通常として客が自分で料理を作るためにキッチンがあって、テレビやインターネットにも備えている。多くの場合には受け付けやルームサービスは手配されていない。その一方ではプライバシーを楽しむことが出来る。少しの欠点としては多くの場合に滞在事前に事務所に行って鍵を取得してから登録しなければならぬ、出発のときにも鍵を返せねばならない。
